Our Google Reviews, Monitor and Response (RMR) System uses NFC (near-field communication) technology, AI and SMS. It is designed to boost your business’ ratings and reviews in your Google Business Profile (GBP).

Google Reviews Devices
Our RMS Devices use NFC technology and a QR code to easily collect Google Reviews from your customers, on the spot! They simply hold their smart phone close to your RMR device, or scan the QR code. Either options will automatically open your Google Reviews page.
We offer three types of devices: a plate (4″X4″), a business card size and a sticker (the sticker only uses a QR Code, no NFC).

Our Google Response system uses SMS and AI to make it quick and easy for you!
First, it will alert you, via SMS message, when a new review is posted on your GBP.
Included with the review alert is an AI-recommended response to the customer, based on the sentiment of the new Google review posted. You then have the option to reply Y or N to the SMS alert, to post the response, or to log into the software to respond yourself.
